How to use this — quick start
Pick the brand. Choose the property, or Refract Ventures for the parent brand.
Choose the mark. Wordmark, Badge, or Avatar. On a photo it gets a soft shadow; on the brand pattern it lifts off the field.
Set the background. Drop a photo on the canvas (or ＋ Upload), or switch to Brand pattern for a photo-free, on-brand field.
Choose size & platform. Each option lists where it fits and the exact pixels — stories are tall 9:16, walls are feed posts, covers are the wide banners. The mark stays inside a safe area so it survives desktop and mobile crops.
Tune it. Coordinates auto-fill from the address; Zoom blends full-photo vs. filled crop; optionally highlight an amenity or brand a TV screen.
Pick the words. Under Carousel copy, choose a category — gameday, the rooms, the location, book direct — and press Different words for another written set. Or write one on the fly with AI.

Wordmark renders in the chosen ink — two-tone wordmarks keep their knockout, so Little Sugar's BUNGALOW stays readable inside the banner. Badge & avatar keep their own artwork — on a photo they get a soft shadow; on the brand pattern their negative space lifts off the field.
Brand pattern uses the property's colour + its topographic motif — bold, on-brand, no photo needed.

Covers keep the frame inside a safe area and place the mark top-left, so it survives desktop & mobile crops.
