Jacey runs housekeeping operations across every Refract Ventures property — checklists, supply runs, vendor partnerships, the small playbook for what counts as “ready,” built from scratch, so “ready” means something specific to her. She co-hosts the short-term stays and manages the long-term tenants alongside Ashley and Jordan.
She's also a co-founder of aura.refract — the real-time aura-photography brand in the Refract family — where she owns social and QA: the voice, the captions, the replies, and the quality check before anything ships. Ashley owns the lens and creative direction there; Kim Brannon runs the business. Jacey has strong opinions about which sheets last more washes, exactly how a bathroom should smell at check-in, and what time of morning the light at Little Sugar is best for the listing photos. Quiet until it counts: she keeps the story straight and tests every release, every property, every detail before it goes live.
If something at a property is perfect, that's her. If something is wrong, she'll have it fixed before you finish breakfast. She's the reason every short-term suite has the same kitchen drawer organization, the same brand of coffee, and a coaster on the nightstand that you'd actually want to use.
