Two are live and hosting nightly. Two are still being assembled — land we're slowly turning into something. Each holding has its own character, its own color, its own pace.

A dream of a singularity escape on the edge of Hobbs State Park — somewhere to put the screen down and feel human again. Nothing built yet.
Fourteen wooded lots and a fifteenth parcel that's the road itself — fifteen in all — on the 12,000+ acre Hobbs State Park border and just over the bridge from Beaver Lake. The land is ours and the road into it is ours; that's the whole of what's real. The rest is a daydream: a few cabins in the trees, a sauna, a cold plunge, a fire going. Analog, on purpose. Nothing is drawn, engineered, permitted or applied for, and we haven't started working with the city or the county yet.
