About this stay

Both suites, the outdoor bar, the back lot — opened up for the weekends the city is alive.

Gameday is the whole social side of Faye Social House: the upstairs lock-off suite (The Balcony, king), the ground-floor lock-off suite (The Front Porch, queen), the outdoor bar and grill, and the back lot built for 15 cars. It's a different listing from the suites individually because it only opens a handful of weekends a year — Razorback home games, Bikes Blues & BBQ, fall festival weekends, the kind of dates where you want the whole experience, not just a bed.

On those weekends Fayetteville hums. Students on the sidewalk, tailgaters in the alley, a freight train cutting through twice a day, fight-song faintly drifting up from the stadium half a mile south. We open the porch, the upstairs balcony, the side yard, and the bar — and your group has the run of all of it. Sleeps four indoors, hosts a bigger crowd outside.

October 2025 · Game weekend
"Eight of us came in for the Auburn game. Parked everyone in the back, walked to the stadium, came back and grilled. The bar made it a destination instead of just a place to sleep."

November 2025 · Family weekend
"Booked it for parents weekend with extended family. Two suites kept the older folks comfortable; the porch and back yard kept everyone else happy until 1 a.m. Worth every dollar."

September 2025 · Bikes Blues & BBQ
"Bikes Blues weekend. Setup is genuinely built for groups — grill works, bar lights at night, big lot for our trucks. Fayetteville was loud and we loved it."

FAQ

Things people ask.

A handful of weekends a year — Razorback home games, Bikes Blues & BBQ, fall and spring festival weekends. The rest of the year the suites rent individually as The Balcony and The Front Porch. Check the Airbnb calendar for what's open.
Both lock-off suites (king upstairs, queen downstairs), both private bathrooms, the front porch, the upstairs balcony, the side yard, the outdoor bar and grill, and the back parking lot. The main residence is rented long-term and isn't part of the booking — doors are locked on both sides.
Up to 15 cars in the back lot. That covers your overnight group plus daytime guests, tailgate company, anyone joining for the cookout. On a stadium walk-up morning, that's a real luxury.
4 overnight — 1 king upstairs + 1 queen downstairs across the two suites. Outside of sleeping arrangements you can host a much bigger group on the porch, in the yard, and at the bar.
Loud, in the best way. Putnam District sits between Dickson Street and Razorback Stadium, so the energy moves through the neighborhood from kickoff to last call. Expect crowds on Dickson, traffic on Hill Ave, and a fight song echoing off the rooftops. That's the whole reason Gameday exists.
Typically yes on game weekends and festival dates. Outside those, we'll honor a one-night booking when it makes sense. Airbnb shows current minimums for whatever dates you're looking at.
